PuzzleBeetle Terms of Trade

Please read through our terms carefully before placing your order and/or using our website. When you use the PuzzleBeetle website and/or place an order, you agree to our terms and conditions set out below and are bound by them. The terms “we” and “us” refer to PuzzleBeetle.

 

Supply of crosswords and puzzles for publication

Contact us directly to negotiate an agreement for the ongoing supply of crosswords and/or puzzles for publication

Delivery and Payment:

  1. All prices are in NZ dollars
  2. Delivery of puzzles and crosswords is to be made as agreed by negotiation (see above)
  3. Payment is to be made as agreed by negotiation (see above)
  4. All costs incurred in the recovery of overdue accounts will be added to the total amount owed

 

Book Orders

Payment:

  1. All prices are in NZ dollars
  2. Payment for all book orders (including postage) is to be made at the time of placing your order
  3. Payment is to be made via debit or credit card with Paypal or via online banking
  4. You do not need a Paypal account to use it as a payment gateway with your debit or credit card
  5. You will receive an email confirmation of your order and payment

 Delivery and Shipping:

  1. Your order will be sent on the next working day after receiving your cleared payment (ie within 1-3 days)
  2. All parcels in NZ are sent via tracked courier at a standard charge of $6.00 for a package of up to six books
  3. For international shipping, please send us an enquiry using the form at the bottom of the “Ordering Books” page of the website
